Welcome to West Central Elementary!

Located west of Main Street on historic Route 66, West Central maintains a quality educational environment for approximately 200 students, pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. West Central’s highly qualified and dedicated staff consistently promotes high expectations for academic achievement while fostering a climate of mutual respect. Community support programs such as TREK (Teaching Reading to Every Kid) and A+ tutoring are combined with extended day learning programs to provide an enriched academic environment for all students.

Through the united efforts of students, staff, parents and community members, West Central has made great strides academically and has exceeded state standards for adequate yearly progress. West Central’s goal is to “Aim for Excellence!”
